If you are not satisfied with your purchase or an item is damaged, we’re here to help you and to work with you for a solution. Sometimes this means a partial refund, full refund, and/or replacement. Here at Russo’s we strive to make sure you have a great experience shopping with us!
Returns are eligible within 1 (one) week of receipt. If the product does not meet your satisfaction and to be eligible for a return, email Sabrina at email@example.com and call us at (610) 898-1918. The item must be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If it is an exchange or a refund, we will notify you on the status of your return after receipt and inspecting of the returned item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). If your exchange is approved, we will send out the new item and will contact you by email to advise.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the returning of the your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
